Whilst we are working on the final lay out, line up, catering and other refreshments, due to popular demand, we’ve put the camping on sale. Camping tickets are for 3 nights from friday 29th April.
Let’s keep it simple…
On site, we are offering two types of pitch. All our pitches will be the same dimensions as the pitches we previously referred to as Large(r). Less Pitches, more room.
One with Electric Hook Up (£120 for the 3 nights), one without (£82.50 for 3 nights)! Prices are based on a maximum of 6 people of which 4 can be adults per pitch.

Access to facilities – All Pitches will have access the showers and communal toilet facilities

We are getting quite a few questions. A number are the same, so below is our FAQ which we will keep adding to.
Q. Where can I see a copy of the camsite rules?
A. There is a link in the text above, one in the footer and now one here – CLICK HERE
Q. I haven’t received a confirmation, just my payment receipt. Do I need a confirmation email?
A. If you haven’t received a confirmation emails 5 days after making the purchase, first check your junk mail (hotmail, gmail, btinternet especially can have an over zealous spam filter). If still not there please email beerandmusic@klrufc.co.uk.
Q. Can I book a pitch next to my friends?
A. No. if you arrive at the same time, you have a good chance of being close to each other but we do not reserve pitches in advance.
Q. Are dogs allowed?
A. Yes. As long as they are supervised and kept on leads at all times whilst on site
Q. I had booked for the last one which got cancelled. At the time I completed the form to transfer. Does my booking automatically get transferred to this festival?
A. No. Its been a while, so to ensure your pitch is available, you need to email beerandmusic@klrufc.co.uk. You will be issued with a new confirmation/ticket.
